Praia de Aracaipe – a beautiful beach with many attractions nearby
Arraial d’Ajuda’s Praia de Aracaipe, just south of Porto Seguro, is a beautiful Porto Seguro Brazil beach of fine white sand looking out over the clear blue of the Atlantic ocean.

There are even mobile bars on the beach which have happy hours to tempt you into sitting and relaxing on the beach of Aracaipe, perhaps your most strenuous activity being taking a few Porto Seguro beach pics.
As the sea here along the Praia de Aracaipe is so calm, thanks to the offshore reefs that protect the shore from large waves, the beach of Aracaipe is an ideal beach to bring young children, as it is safe for them to play and swim in the calm waters.
Snorkeling and diving along the reefs make for very popular entertainment at the beach of Aracaipe. There are many beautiful species of fish to see as well as the green turtles that are relatively common in these parts of the Bahia.
Shells abound along the beach, another entertainment factor for young children. Older kids may nag you for more adventurous activities, and if necessary you can take them to the nearby water theme park – if you can stand the excitement!
